From: Star Wars Episode I The Phantom Menace Date Completed: October 29th, 2007 Medium: Illustrator, Photoshop Comments: I rarely, if ever, return to a piece I created in the past to either update it, or re-do it completely... but here we are. I finsihed this in between waiting for work assingments. The original of this piece (Check it out here [link]) seems to be a favourite of many, so for some reason, I thought it deserved to be updated in the Clone Wars style. I left it un-shaded because the Clone Wars rarely had that cel-shaded look. It was often in base colours only. I did add the gradient lightsaber swishes though (yes, they were called "Lightsaber Swishes" in my Photoshop layers...) which wasn't used in the show. I felt the black void needed something. |
